Postdoctoral position for 18 months at University or Torino, Department Cultures, Politics and Society in collaboration with the Collegio Carlo Alberto, coordinated by Prof. Aldo Geuna.

Title: “Investigating the transformative impact of AI and Robotics on Healthcare”

The University of Torino is opening a 18 months postdoc position supervised by Professor Aldo Geuna (http://sites.carloalberto.org/geuna/index.html).

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• PhD in economics, innovation studies, economic geography, political science, sociology, management engineering, management, organization studies (completed or being near to completion).
• Interest in health technology, economics of innovation, economics of science, science and technology policy and related areas.
• Good programming skills are required. Experience with programming in R and Python are an asset. Knowledge of econometrics packages R or Stata required.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing), no need of knowing Italian.

Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: 18 months
Remuneration: about € 23,000 net per year (net monthly salary 1,900). To rent a furnished apartment about 40m2 in the center of the city costs about 500 euro.
