Duration: 12 months (renewable).

The Junior Researcher will be involved in the activities of the research project “Institutional systems and hospital performance: the Italian NHS as a natural laboratory”. The main tasks to which the junior researcher will be called to contribute are: review and study of the economic literature on the relationships between institutional factors and the different dimensions of healthcare performance, such as quality of services, efficiency and waiting times; collection and systematization of data on the different dimensions of healthcare performance; analysis of determinants of healthcare performance, and the role of healthcare policies; drafting of scientific reports and papers.
